Refund Policy

Returns

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and the tags (if any) should be intact . It must also be in the original packaging.

 

To complete your return, we require receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate return, send us an email at returns@saazkashmir.com and wait for the approval.

Refund

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Refund would be applicable only on the damaged or defective items from our side. If your  return is approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or the original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular-priced items may be exchanged & returned. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Exchanges

We only exchange items in case we received the exchange request within 3 days of purchase. Send us an email at info@saazkashmir.com after receiving the approval from us.

Shipping

There is no delivery charge within India. All orders will be sent by Overnight and will require a signature on receipt to accept. Due to seasonal demand please allow 6-7 working days to avoid disappointment. If you or someone on your behalf is not able to sign for the delivery, the carrier will leave a card for you to arrange a re-delivery at a suitable time.

We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched and if delivery proves impossible or impractical on 2 or more occasions, we may need to cancel your order and deduct from the refund the original delivery charges. We will notify you if this is case in order to arrange for new order to be placed if required. Bank Holidays are not considered working days.

Standard International delivery charge is INR - 3266.12/- 

The Stanadard delivery time period is  3-4 Business Working Days.

The Standard Return time period is 14 days. Please raise a claim at info@saazkashmir.com for initiating a refund.

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping cost of returning. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. The cost of return shipping would be deducted from the item cost in case of a refund or exchange. If you are shipping your item over INR  5000/- you should consider using a trackable shipping service, or purchasing shipping insurance.
